A little about us

We’ve been selling real estate, full time, for the past 20 years. We specialize in all types of real estate, including first time buyers, relocations, and new construction. Our business is built on your referrals!! Steve has a BA in English Literature from Fordham University. Lori has a BS in Business Administration, with a major in marketing from Bryant University. We are also Accredited Buyer Representatives and Certified in Relocation. In our spare time, Steve is a musician, Lori likes to draw and paint, both are avid readers, and, most of all, we both enjoy spending time with our son, Ethan!!

How we work

Steve Martel is our up front guy. He’s out there every day making connections with everyone and anyone who wants to talk real estate. Buyers, other realtors, builders, bankers, people in the grocery store, you name it! All of these connections translate to selling more houses for our sellers, and finding just the right homes for our buyers! Lori is more behind the scenes, working on market analysis reports, marketing and advertising, pricing, setting up open houses and broker tours, and following statistics to make sure we are on track with pricing for our sellers and buyers. Lori also makes sure our buyers meet their goals by noting dates and staying in touch with the lenders and attorneys.
